Lobosjewelry represents commitment to fine quality. All of our pieces are real 14-18K Gold PVD plated. We fully guarantee the authenticity of our materials and every order comes with a certification and guarantee card.
We use the highest quality PVD plating process available. This process allows our gold plated jewelry to last longer than any typical gold plating you may be used to. We are constantly working to improve processes to ensure our products are the longest lasting on the market.

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Our pieces never fade, damage, or break. If they do, we will replace it for free. Simple as that.

Your jewelry should be kept dry and ideally stored in the dust bag provided, or any other anti-tarnish fabric container.
If your climate is humid, we suggest placing a small packet of desiccant crystals inside your storage area. Avoid storing the jewelry with rubber products and always remove your jewelry when swimming, showering, applying colognes, perfumes, lotions or other chemical products.

We create our pieces with exceptionally high quality PVD plating to ensure that we provide the longest lasting jewelry on the market.
This is not to say you shouldn't take precautions! High quality jewelry still requires care and attention.
Swimming, especially in salt or high temperature water will shorten the lifespan of your jewelry. Chlorine can permanently damage any gold plated jewelry, so we suggest avoiding this.

Orders
We're sorry this has happened! Our DC team work exceptionally hard to fulfil every order correctly but due to the amount of orders we receive, unfortunately and in very rare cases, human errors can happen.
In the event you have received the wrong item, please Contact Us immediately with the following information to ensure that we can get this resolved for you quickly & efficiently:
- Your order number
- The name of the item you did not receive
- The name of the item you received in its place
- A clear photograph of the item you have received, including logo
Once we've received the above info, our Customer Support team will get this sorted for you ASAP!
All claims for orders arriving without the correct/missing items must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
We're unable to cancel your order or make any changes to your order once you've hit the 'Order now' button, this includes the following:
- Changing the item or size
- Delivery/billing address
- Adding items to your order
- Shipping method
*If you input the incorrect address at checkout, we cannot be held accountable if your order gets misplaced. We are not liable to replace or refund this order.
Return & Refunds
All Lobos' pieces come with a Lifetime Guarantee. This entitles you to a one-time replacement of your piece should you experience any manufacturing defects. This includes, defective bail, defective clasp or stone faults.
Please note, this guarantee is voided under intentional breakage, water damage or fading due to wear. We are unable to replace your damaged item with another item of different value.
Please note, we can only replace your item like for like, we do not offer a replacement of any other item.

To process a return please contact us on our email: info@lobosjewelry.com. Please write on your packing slip the reason for your return. We do not accept exchanges. Please ensure your item is returned in its original packaging with the barcoded bag. If you do not return your item in line with these instructions, return may be rejected.
We operate a 14 day return period from the date of delivery. After this time period our system will not allow your return to be processed. If you still return your item after the 14 day period, it will automatically be sent back to you. Returns postage is currently paid for by the customer, unless on the rare occasion our DC has sent you the wrong item. In this event, please reach out to info@lobosjewelry.com with a photo of your postage receipt and we will reimburse you for this charge.
Please ensure your return is sent via tracked postage, otherwise should your parcel be lost we cannot guarantee the refund.
